Kevin Moll - Bio
He is an accomplished executive with 39 years of hospitality leadership in the human resource and consulting arenas. Known as a confidant for restaurant owners and hospitality operators worldwide and an acknowledged expert in all aspects of HR and the foodservice business. Widely regarded as an industry authority on all types of restaurant and foodservice related matters, he is frequently called upon by leading media for his insights. He was also featured on ABC News, “Nightline” who named him, “The busiest man in the restaurant business.”
Author of two books and contributing writer for many trade publications, Kevin has been President of two restaurant consulting firms, been a multi-unit restaurant owner/operator, directed the foodservice at the 1984 World’s Fair Site - orchestrating meal functions for up to 5,000 people, founded the global brand Mystery Shoppers which today employs a staff of over 2500, handled Central US management recruitment for Cracker Barrel and was Director of Six Sigma for Starwood Hotel Corporation.
He has expert-level knowledge and experience in restaurant and hospitality recruitment having personally interviewing thousands of candidates and placing hundreds of managers nationwide. Our location
Our corporate office is located in Denver, Colorado and out of that office, we work nationwide very efficiently - no need for field offices. Hours of operation are M-F, 8-5 (MTN)

Our President, Kevin Moll, has been in the HR/hospitality industry for almost 40 years. All of our recruiters have over 30 years of restaurant ownership, HR and consulting expertise. You'll be well taken care of by industry pros. That's why our name is, Restaurant Recruiting Pros, Inc. We only present candidates that we would hire ourselves.
Do we recruit for all positions and for all hospitality businesses?
Great question! We recruit for restaurant owners and hospitality business owners and executives that need unit level salaried management. We perform this service nationwide. For specific information about positions we fill and markets served, please see here.
Confidentiality policy
Our policy for years has been that we never disclose client information of any kind. As such, you won't find client logos on our website either. We have the same policy with our sister company, Restaurant Consulting Services, Inc. and both business entities continues to grow because clients know that they can trust us to keep their information private. When recruiting , we only reveal the name of your business to the final, vetted, hire ready candidates shortly before you meet them. The name of your business is never revealed during our recruiting efforts.
How are multiple vacancies handled?
We charge a flat fee for each position. If you have two positions to fill, such as a GM and an Executive Chef, it would be a flat fee X 2. If you have more vacancies than that, say for a new opening with many positions to fill, let's discuss it as we can usually provide a discount for multiple (more than two) positions.
