How it works: From our office in Denver, we source and present exceptional, merit-based, vetted, hire-ready candidates for you to hire the one you like most. In most cases, our recruiting search is done on a state-wide basis, and this is how we price our service, but for a small additional fee, we can expand the search to a multi-state or national search.
As soon as we have the top candidates ready, we will send you candidate “overview packages” that provide extensive detail of each candidate. Now, simply contact each candidate and set up a place/time to meet in person. You will want to act quickly, as exceptionally talented candidates are not on the market for long.

Our proven process of recruitment – step by step
Timeline: We don’t “job match” your position with a database of candidates nor are we headhunters – that’s not our business model. We recruit new candidates in your market, and it takes a little time to source that talent. You can reasonably expect to have your candidate overview packages in about two weeks from the first day of our engagement together. If your position is remote, unique, or has other qualifying factors, it may take slightly longer.
Meeting your candidates: We ideally like to present all candidate overview packages to you at the same time, but that doesn’t always happen as sometimes, an extraordinary candidate is so time sensitive that we present that person to you faster than the other candidate(s). At that time, if you really like that person, while not having seen the other candidate(s), the decision is yours to either make an offer or wait until you meet all the candidates.
Sense of urgency is critical: You are ready to hire, and the candidates will be ready to meet with you. Contacting the candidates quickly to set up an interview date is particularly important. TIP: Be ready to make a fast decision on the candidates, as they are likely actively interviewing with other companies and considering other offers. You don’t want to lose a great candidate!
How we “count” the candidates: Every candidate overview package we send to you is considered one candidate. Should a candidate not show up for your initial interview, we will replace that candidate as quickly as possible.
Have your "A Game" ready! There is no guarantee that your candidate(s) will accept your offer of employment. Likewise, you are under no obligation to hire anyone you don't like. However, planning on a great outcome, you will want to bring your, “A Game” and be ready to impress the candidates with your business, competitive market pay, benefits and most importantly, how they feel about you. Employment is a two-way street for both you and the candidate.
Replacement Policy: Over the years, we have found that a placement “guarantee” offered by other placement firms results in you getting another candidate that may end up being “just a warm body.” Our policy is different. If the person you originally hired does not work out for any reason, you will have already interviewed the other candidate(s) who are highly qualified for the position. You are free to re-contact them and hopefully, provided you leave on good terms with them and stayed in touch, they’ll be receptive to considering the position. This policy is better than a simple “replacement” as you’ll have previously interviewed a fully vetted candidate backup(s) that you may contact.
All of our work is done under the terms of a mutually signed recruiting agreement: A good agreement makes for a good recruitment project for you and for us.
